Norman Wright

CEO, Stadium Auto Parts, Inc.

Stadium Auto Parts, Inc. - Stadium was founded by Hyman Wright in 1945 at 1742 Federal Blvd. Original site was a ¾ acre facility dismantling older vehicles as well as scrap. In 1971, Hyman had decided to close the facility and rent the space. One month prior to the new lease taking effect, the prospective tenant decided not to lease the facility, after Hyman had scraped most of the inventory and equipment. Hyman called his son, Norman, to see if he might be interested to taking the new lease and purchasing what inventory and scant equipment left. Norman was then employed in the accounting field and decided to take his dad’s offer. In May of 1971, Norman incorporated and took over the operation with 3 salvage vehicles and a 1945 Ford Boom Truck.

Today Stadium Auto Parts is one of the leading auto recycling facilities in the world.
