With a career spanning nearly three decades at The David J. Joseph Company, Ryan Eckert has built a deep and diverse background in the raw materials industry. Beginning in 1996 as a Brokerage Representative in Portland, Oregon, he advanced through increasingly senior commercial and sales roles in St. Louis and Chicago before taking on international responsibility as Managing Director of DJJ Hong Kong. Returning to the U.S., after 6 years in Asia Ryan held leadership positions across multiple divisions in Cincinnati, including the Industrial Group, Rail Equipment Group and DJJ Trading.  Since 2024 Ryan has served as General Manager of Advantage Metals Recycling (A Nucor Company) leveraging a wealth of global and domestic experience to drive strategic growth and strengthen supply chain partnerships.
