Wade Conner is the founder and CEO of Trinity Metals, LLC, where he leads all corporate strategy, operations and innovation. Since 2008, he has guided the company’s expansion, including the launch of multiple U.S. plants and achievement of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications. A licensed CPA and holder of two U.S. patents, Wade brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in metals, manufacturing and finance. He serves on various industry and academic boards and was honored in 2021 with the Indiana Governor’s Award for Environmental Excellence.
