Sponsorship Opportunities

The Indoor Expo Sponsorship includes the following:

• Exclusive sponsorship of the event app for Scrap Expo, including banner with sponsor logo at the top of high-traffic pages, splash screen logo, home page highlight, signage encouraging app download, logo on session slides, and the sponsor company's logo listed on two pre-event emails encouraging the download of the event app.
• A custom indoor hanging banner with the sponsor logo rigged from the ceiling of the indoor expo hall.
• Custom floor graphics with sponsor advertising message or logo placed in high-traffic areas throughout the event.
• Custom session room panels planned along the outside of the educational session rooms built out on the indoor expo show floor with the sponsor logo.

The Live Demo Sponsorship includes the following:

• A custom banner hung along the barrier fencing near the entrance of the live demo area with the sponsor logo .
• Entry wristbands with the sponsor logo to be passed out to all attendees entering the live demo area.
• A custom indoor hanging banner with the sponsor logo rigged from the ceiling of the indoor expo hall.
• Custom session room panels planned along the outside of the educational session rooms built out on the indoor expo show floor with the sponsor logo.

The Networking Sponsorship includes the following:

• Sponsorship of the Opening Night Reception. The sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility throughout the function, including:
• Logoed table tents and napkins; and
• Recognition easel signs throughout the event function.
• A custom indoor hanging banner with the sponsor logo rigged from the ceiling of the indoor expo hall.
• Custom session room panels planned along the outside of the educational session rooms built out on the indoor expo show floor with the sponsor logo.

Sponsorship of the Bourbon/Cigar/Dessert Reception, which includes:

• Logoed table tents and napkins.
• Recognition signage placed throughout the event function.
• Sponsor logo displayed on the webpage dedicated to the reception.

As the sponsor of the Safety Vests and Safety Glasses, the sponsor will have their company logo printed on the attendee safety vests and protective eyewear, distributed to attendees at the entrance of the live demo area.

As the sponsor of the Safety Plan/Briefing, the sponsor will receive o exclusive sponsorship of the safety video played for attendees to enter the live demo area, which includes:

• The sponsor company's logo displayed in the safety video and called out as the safety video sponsor; and
• Recognition easel signs throughout the safety station.

As the exclusive sponsor of the Tuesday Lunch, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility throughout the function, including:

• Logoed table tents and napkins; and
• Recognition easel signs throughout the event function.

As the exclusive sponsor of the Wednesday Lunch, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility throughout the function, including:

• Logoed table tents and napkins; and
• Recognition easel signs throughout the event function.

As the sponsor of the name badges, the sponsor will have their advertising printed on the back of the attendee name badges that will be distributed at conference registration.

As the sponsor of the registration kiosks, the sponsor will have their o logo displayed on the registration kiosk welcome screen and on a custom screen wrap around registration monitors.

As the sponsor of the window graphics, the sponsor will have their advertising applied to two windows of the entrance doors to the event facility.

As the sponsor of the lanyards, the sponsor will have their company logo printed on the attendee lanyards that will be distributed at conference registration.

As the sponsor of the hardhats, the sponsor will have their company logo printed on the attendee hard hats that will be distributed to attendees in the safety briefing station outside of the outdoor demo area.

As the sponsor of the Demo Area Map, the sponsor company will receive logo recognition on the outdoor area exhibit map placed at the entrance of the live demo area.

As a sponsor of the floor graphics, the sponsor will receive three (3) custom floor graphics with sponsor advertising message or logo placed in high-traffic areas throughout the event.

As the signage sponsor, the sponsor’s logo will appear on all session and directional signage used throughout the event.

As the sponsor of the video display, the sponsor will receive an exclusive video station for continuous looping of sponsor-provided promotional video placed near the exhibit hall. Audio is not included in these videos.

As the exclusive sponsor of the Attendee Lounge, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility throughout the attendee lounge agea, including:

• Logoed signage and table tents throughout the lounge; and
• The opportunity to distribute company literature throughout the lounge.

Sponsor must supply the literature distribution in the attendee lounge.

As the sponsor of the conference show guide, the sponsor will have their company logo printed on the cover of the guide and a full-page ad on the back cover of the show guide that will be distributed to attendees at registration.

This sponsorship includes the exclusive sponsorship of a technical session presented at Scrap Expo, which includes:

• On-site signage;
• Logo on title slides;
• Literature handout in the session room during the sponsored session; and
• 3-4 minutes of opening remarks; or
• a 3–4-minute video.

As the exclusive sponsor of the All Day Coffee, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility near the coffee station, including:

• Logoed coffee sleeves and table tents.
• Recognition easel signs near the bar area.

As the sponsor of the recycling stations, the sponsor will have their logo applied to the recycling stations that are placed throughout the event space.

As a sponsor of the afternoon ice cream, the sponsor will receive branded napkins, table tents and signage in the ice cream station area during the break in which they are featured.

As the sponsor of the video display, the sponsor will receive one of up to five video spots that loop continuously on the large video display in the foyer near registration. Audio is not included in these videos.

As the water station sponsor, the company’s logo will appear on the water cups and on recognition signage placed at each station throughout either the indoor or the outdoor event space.

As the sponsor of the tote bags, the sponsor will have their company logo printed on the event tote bags that will be distributed at conference registration.

As the sponsor of the ear plugs, the sponsor will have their company logo printed on the safety ear plugs that will be distributed at the safety briefing station near the entrance of the live demo area.

As the exclusive sponsor of either the Tuesday or Wednesday Morning Refreshments, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility throughout the function, including:

• Logoed table tents; and
• Recognition easel signs throughout the event function.

As the exclusive sponsor of the one of four networking breaks, the sponsor will receive recognition and brand visibility throughout the function, including:

• Logoed table tents; and
• Recognition easel signs throughout the event function.

As a tote bag insert sponsor, the sponsor company may include one piece of literature or collateral item in the conference tote bags distributed at registration.

Sponsor must supply the insert/collateral item for distribution at the event.

As the sponsor of the pens, the sponsor will receive distribution of their branded pens at the event.

Sponsor must supply the branded pens for distribution at the event.

As the sponsor of the notepads/padfolio, the sponsor will receive distribution of their branded notepads or padfolios at the event.

Sponsor must supply the branded notepads or padfolios for distribution at the event.

As the sponsor of the USBs, the sponsor will receive distribution of their branded USBs at the event.

Sponsor must supply the branded USBs for distribution at the event.

The sponsor will receive distribution of a branded item chosen at the sponsor's discretion. The item must be unique and not duplicate other options listed in the prospectus.
